thanks.. I got well already. One more week with no sport and then back to normal, i hope. It was just annoying muscleache (big one) and a rised temperature and I was tired a bit, not much tho. Strange illness indeed.

No, on that day it was a 6,000-acre fire about 20 miles east where I live
Today it is 50,000-acre fire with 16% containment
So far forward progress towards our house has been stopped and holding at the dozer lines
However, on the opposite side of the fire, it is no looking good!

trueBlue is your house safe now?

Work is slowing down now. Nights are chilly so grass is growing slowly.

I went with a customer to cut firewood in the mountains. Nice to get into the higher mountains with forest.

I've been back to the coffee shop in the foothills. The view draws me there. Have to save money now so that will be an occasional thing.

Yes, thank you!
Our area was saved from the fire, YAY!
No damage until you go uptown and further East where they are still working a few areas that are hard to get to

Minimal fire behavior observed. Suppression repair continues on portions of the fire. Continued threat to power, watersheds, commercial timberlands, historic, cultural, natural resources, and communication infrastructure. Road, area and trail closures in effect
Size: 76,788 acres
Percent Contained: 95%

Second Spring. The zinnias I planted this Spring grew but didn't bloom. Starting about a month ago they did.
