I just discovered that Custom Bezier interpolation in workspace does not work with rotation values. I think it treats them as plain Bezier and ignores the handles. Translation and scale both work though.
Edit: More testing shows the bug only shows itself if the object has only 2 keyframes. Adding a third keyframe and it suddenly starts working as expected.

I found that bug. Didn't realize you needed 3 keyframes for the fix! Nice one. I was about to give up on animation in TS with that bug, but now it still looks very promising.
