Re: Newbie question about rendering
I just downloaded truespace, the full installation. If I understand correctly, truespace comes with its own renderer, everything is included in truespace to render an .avi file, and nothing else is needed, right? thanks very much for your help. Yes, that's correct. But please be aware that trueSpace is a...

Re: Which 3D modeling software you use?
The only 3D programs installed on my computers right now are the two editions of trueSpace 7.61.
Primarily, I'm using the full version of trueSpace 7.61 with both the Model Side and the Workspace Side. Eventually, I plan to move entirely to the trueSpace 7.61 Workspace Only edition (Std/Rosetta).

Re: How to Model and Texture a Human Head and Body
Is anyone else having issues with this tutorial? When I pull it up all I get is audio. Hi Karthogen, In response to your post I tested the first download and it worked fine. Here's what I did: Downloaded the high resolution version of Part 1 of the "Modeling a Head" course (65.4 MB file: ...

Hi v3rd3, Perhaps you can go back to your original post and edit it with a bold request to post details if you choose "other". It's more likely to be seen in your original post. Also, can you edit a poll response without resetting the poll? If so, you could add "- please post details...

Re: Getting to know you.. :D
Hi v3rd3, Glad to know that I'm not the only old geezer here. I checked "Other" and here's what I was thinking of: Creating 3D illustrations for training (example: an animated cutaway of a transducer for my speaker design software). Creating illustrations for books (3D versions for ...

Re: Who is this guy with all these questions....
Hi "inquiring mind", I selected the last choice but none of them seemed to really fit. I use trueSpace for my work but I use it very rarely. In the future, my work may enable me to use it a lot. So it isn't a hobby but neither is it a major part of my work ... yet. :) Best regards, First ...

Re: Getting to know you.. :D
Hi v3rd3, If you had "Product Illustration" that would have been my chief selection. Also, I didn't check "Scripting/Programming 3D" only because I haven't done any yet ... but I'd like to. And I also didn't check "Animation" for the same reason---I haven't done it yet...
