I still lurk here with the best of them. I have not done any 3d for a long time myself. I am renovating my kitchen and my mother's house so I have little time for anything else.

MS will not even respond to queries regarding terms for releasing TS code to other developers or open sourcing the product. There are cross licensing issues with the built-in proprietary renderer code and apis so that would be the only real consideration I can think of....

Congratulations... this has been a huge project and hitting this milestone is awesome.
