Jack has made a plugin to support the YafaRay render engine on the workspace side, it is very powerful with Global Illumination and now animation support.

That looks a lot like the ZBrush default shader. :D So there is a fixed amount of water and it cycles around then? This stuff is pretty great; Zbrush Zspheres are useful, 3D Coat Voxel Sculpting is a bit tricky and better suited for organics.
