sure it is more interesting to do something different. why not a helicopter propeller to help take off this big baleen? :lol: Haha, good idea! :) Or maybe some propellers build into the wing like a hovercraft. It's fun to make variations so maybe I'll make something like that when it's finished and...

Believe it or not, the original (called Ka-7) used to be that way early in design but they decided to go with the bi-plane design since it made it more stable in the air. The image however is not a real image, it a very well-made CGI picture created (I think) by Russian historians who were recreatin...

I think the main problem is that you just can't really see the alien that well. First of all, you should change your render perspective, at least if you are going to keep that silver/shiny material.
