Alright, it's working!
Added teh display mode controls and checkboxes for hidden lines and back face display. Initialize button to get started and a refresh button for when objects are added or removed from the scene.
Next step is to make it fancy and pretty.

Things are going pretty smoothly. The difficult part was the layer color control. phase 2 is complete now, last few pages are junk pages that will be removed at the start of the final phase of the manual
I think the next step is to start integrating it into the existing manuals and start editing the html index page to include it

The buttons on the Camera and Spotlight for View ( the blue camera icon and the light View button) are confusing because they work in a floating panel but don't work from the link editor or stack panel.
