folks, dont think only about the garage and cars. I said its for fixing all sorts of things, not only cars :)

it can in theory hold pencils or toothbrush, but those copper shavings would scratch it up pretty good i think :)

I will comment on that - i said no magnetism already - it can be placed vertically as other brands are more horizontal - iam actually not sure about the material, it might be a metal or even some plastics are pretty heat resistant - soldering IS used to fix a car as there are lots of wires and elect...
