#ArtvsArtists - U3DA Style!

#ArtvsArtist ArtvsArtists_01.jpg I have been seeing this trending, and yes, I'm late to the party, but I love the party! Everyone is drunk and friendly. I thought to share this here because a lot of these projects were built off the community here - your emotional support and the root of it all.. m...

Re: Mixing Sverchok and animation nodes...in Blender..

Well there you go, it can be done. I haven't had time to watch the video or series - you'd have to pay a lot of attention. Good to know. I used AN a lot, and had trouble optimizing it. I couldn't even get half the speed/optimization I could from nodal work from Softimage, so I haven't explored it de...

Re: Mixing Sverchok and animation nodes...in Blender..

I have tried AN and had a look at Sverchok... but couldn't see a lot of animation possibility with Sverchok - buuuut technically, if a mesh had it's polys and islands, and the data there, and if AN can access it, you could probably use Sverchok to build a cool mesh, then AN it to animate it, but a li...

Re: Project: OO - WIP

Rigging is fun when it works. I find Bforartists makes some tools easier and more accessible than what I was using in Blender. I also learnt that Rclick+Copy to Selected to copy attributes from the Active Selection to all the others. I hope they change this, but phew, I can save work finally doing t...

Re: AEC Armoured Car Mk1

Yeah, 9 years is.. a little outdated, haha. But considering it all, the SDS modeling is still pretty on par with most software, other than circulizing geometry selection and quick extrudes - or better arrays - I am refering to the WS. the MS does have good bending and some extra tools like lattices ...

This is some of your best work! I have used those exact free models for the desks before haha

Glad you're working in 3D. It's fun to do that.

Project: OO - WIP

We are doing this project in Bforartists and UE4, so thought to share. We are doing 2D rigs hybrds, but this here is a 3D rig to propose to the client and gauge production costs. It's a 1 minute animation with a bunch of characters. Should be fun. A thing i did to the default theme is put an animati...
