I go through alot of old stuff...Only a small amount are amazing still 20 years later... This is a SINGLE EXE no install only 1.26 MB!...Only 1.26 MB!!! It don't have layers but do have options to float-defloat selections...So layers in a different way...all effects STRONG can be overdriven... Brush...

This was updated like a month ago to 7.1.3.... It's getting better but taking forever... Its unique capability is to import an OBJ (with TEX!) and you can move it around & add lights & such then when it's perfect you drop it to the canvas... Then you can select it & move-rotate but in a 2D manner......

Just recently discovered this & it is a pretty good image viewer - rater - cataloger/organizer but also has encryption abilities...You can make 'safes' with a few or tons of images and a host of other stuffs... anything upto version 4.0 is FULL free...Version 4.2 was split pro/free with inhibited fe...

Yes, and no... I do have a Dell 5555 with Windows 10 64bit 8GB RAM 4GB GPU RAM DX11, etc...But I kinda hate it....Windows 10 is pure spyware so I run it OFFLINE ONLY! I only run some 64bit shit...Truth be known I'd rather have the GPU capability in XP SP3 machines... I got that machine from a neighb...

ShareX & PureRef may be fine but no good no function for XP OS......
