Detailed Description

Paints line into texture. While dragged, it uses line preview object to draw the line on screen without affecting texture (time consuming operation). When released, it uses RfBitmapFn to paint line into texture, using current paint color from preferences. Tool is not available when multiple textures are displayed or no texture present
