Detailed Description

Algorithm class which welds selected vertices into a single vertex determine all selected UV vertices from selection calculate average of their coordinates create new vertex on that position replace index of originally selected vertices by index of new vertex in UV index stream collapse selection into single new vertex

Note: old vertices are removed from stream afterwards, in RcUVWeld
