Algorithm applying slicing of UV for single mesh works as follows determine which triangles are selected for every vertex of every selected triangle create a duplicate and update index stream appropriately append duplicated vertices to UV coord stream deselect original vertices and keep only duplicates selected

Note: UV streams are not optimized, it is done in RcUVSlice command
